We are located on 109 Portland Avenue (map), in the plaza with Subway and Super Cleaners, across from the Roy Brown Middle School, a block away from Washington Avenue.

From Route 4

Take the Hackensack Avenue/River Edge exit, proceed on Hackensack Avenue which will become New Bridge Road to the end, make a left onto S Washington Avenue, proceed to the first light and make a left on West Clinton Avenue, make your first right onto Portland Ave and a right into the muscles parking lot.
