Muscles offers monthly memberships debited from a credit card, debit card or checking account. These memberships have either 6 or 12 month minimum commitments and 60 day notice to cancel after the minimum.

Muscles also offers 1 year, 6 months, 3 months and 1 month prepaid memberships.

Memberships also include an orientation session. Come in and have a trial workout.
